Lettuce Turkey Rolls

INGREDIENTS

4 leaves of romaine lettuce

4 oz Turkey Stew

½ cup arugula

5 cherry tomatoes cut into halves

mustard to taste

za’atar to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Take a lettuce leaf and fill it with Turkey Stew.

Top with arugula, cherry tomatoes, mustard, and za’atar.

Serve and enjoy.

YIELD: 4 stuffed lettuce leaves (1.45 oz each)
